1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your running shoes must be:

  • Unworn and unused: We recommend trying your shoes on a clean, carpeted surface indoors to ensure they fit before heading out for a run.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in the original shoe box and packaging.

  • Complete: All tags, manuals, and accessories included in the original shipment must be returned.

3. Free Returns (No Return Shipping Cost)

We are proud to offer Free Returns for all orders within the United States.

  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • There are no restocking fees for any returns.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@ekidensports.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

  3. Print the label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

  • Payment Method: All refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account. Since we exclusively use PayPal for transactions, the speed of the refund appearing in your account may depend on PayPal's internal processing times.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@ekidensports.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
