Who is Ekiden Sports? Ekiden Sports Management Limited is a professional sports marketing and race management agency founded in 2018. With years of experience organizing international marathons and sponsoring athletes, we now bring our expertise to the US market by offering high-performance running footwear.

Where are you located? Our corporate headquarters is located in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, with logistics partners focused on serving our customers across the United States.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? For your security and peace of mind, we exclusively accept payments through PayPal. This allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, linked credit cards, or bank accounts without sharing your sensitive financial details with us.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase? Not necessarily. PayPal offers a "Guest Checkout" option that allows you to pay with your credit or debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes. Our website is protected by SSL encryption, and all payment transactions are processed on PayPal’s secure servers, ensuring your data is always safe.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship to my address? We currently ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States. (Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases at this time).

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is Free for all orders delivered within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my shoes?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Transit time: 5–8 business days.

  • In total, most customers receive their order within 6–11 business days.

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page or the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging.

Are returns free? Yes! We provide free returns for our US customers. If you need to return an item, contact us at service@ekidensports.com, and we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original PayPal account within 5–7 business days.

5. PRODUCT & SIZING

How do I choose the right size? We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for running shoes to allow for foot expansion during long runs.

Are your shoes authentic? Absolutely. As a registered sports management company with a reputation in the athletic community, we only source and sell 100% authentic, high-quality performance footwear.
